Being a Douchebag
gives me some sick, twisted satisfaction. I cannot think of a logical reason as to why this is the case, other than the possibility that deep down I really am a douchebag. Talking down to others amuses me and inflates my sense of superiority. So maybe I’m just an existential hypocrite. It probably doesn’t matter.
